Bossington Beach, Somerset

Hasty Retreat

High tide is the best time to visit Bossington Beach. I made this picture after high tide when the sea was quickly retreating, revealing the large rocks that make up the beach. I struggled to find a nice composition and in my haste slipped and fell hard on one of the rocks. Determined to return with at least one picture, I got back up, bruised but with a focused mind.
