At the end of a very windy day in the Black Mountains I walked to the top of Sugar Loaf, the lowest peak in the range. Experience from earlier in the day should've made me stay away from the top as the wind was making it difficult to walk easily, let alone take pictures in. However, I am not one to turn away in such conditions so I plodded on regardless - the experience was exhilerating and I didn't mind if I came away without a picture. At the western edge of the peak I found a little shelter behind a large rock, giving enough relief from the wind to get this composition. Of course, you'll have to take my word for all of this because the final picture looks completely calm.
