Returns and refunds policy

If you change your mind about something you've purchased from my website you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you'd like to cancel an order please let me know by emailing stephen@spraggonphotography.co.uk.

After notifying me you will need to return the order within 14 days in unused condition. On receipt I will refund your purchase.

Damaged or faulty items

If you discover your order is damaged or has a fault when you receive it please let me know and provide a digital photo showing the damage as soon as possible by emailing stephen@spraggonphotography.co.uk. I will then offer you a replacement or a refund.

How to return an order

Once you've notified me of your intention to return an order I will provide my returns address. I recommend you return the order using a method that offers sufficient protection in transit, such as Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery. I regret that I'm unable to offer free returns so you will need to cover this postage cost.
