The following information details where, how and why information is stored about you when visiting this website, making a purchase or booking on a workshop.

Data about your visits to this website

A third party service, Google Analytics, is used to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This is done to find out things such as the number of visitors to various parts of the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. I do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out identifies of anyone visiting the website.

Data about other your interactions with this website

When you make an enquiry via my contact page I will receive your name, email address, phone number (if supplied) and message via email. I will use this information to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, provide you with prices for services or products you've requested.

When you book on to a workshop I will receive your name, email address, postal address, number of participants and date and time of transaction. I will use this information to process your workshop booking and book accommodation (if applicable). Your payment will be processed by Paypal and I will not have access to your card details.

When you sign up to my newsletter I will receive your name and email address. This data is stored with Mailchimp, a third-party provider. I will use this information to send you updates about new workshops, images and general news. You have the option to unsubscribe from this list at any time using the links at the bottom of each email.

When you make a purchase from me I will receive your name, email address, postal address and date and time of transaction. Your payment will be processed by Paypal and I will not have access to your card details.

I will only ever pass your information on to other parties if it is absolutely necessary, e.g. to book accommodation or to process a purchase. I may request additional information pertinent to your enquiry or workshop booking but that will also be stored securely in the same way.

Accessing your data and requesting its erasure

You have the right to access any of the data I hold about you. You also have the 'right to be forgotten', that is to have any personal data I hold about you erased. Please contact me if you wish to assert either of these rights.
