The Open Doorway
One of my most earliest photographs of Glastonbury Tor, this was taken early on a clear spring morning. There is a short period in spring and autumn when the sun aligns nicely with the doorway of Glastonbury Tor so that this view can be captured. I used a very wide angle lens and got the camera low to the ground to take in the full height of the tower. The orbs of light are caused by the sun interacting with the glass elements of my camera's lens.
