I hadn't planned this shot ahead of time, I took it in reaction to the intense golden light from the setting sun which emerged unexpectedly from what I thought would be a good but not brilliant sunset. I was trying to capture a view of Ubley Warren Nature Reserve but its overwhelming maze of boulders had me stumped. Not wanting to waste good light I turned my attention to a group of beech trees within the reserve.
