One, Two, Miss a Few
Beaches with mountainous backdrops are greatly appealing to me. With the forecast for heavy cloud all day, I decided to visit the coast of Anglesey, hoping that the combination of windswept sands, choppy seas and mountain silhouettes would fit together well. After walking quite a stretch of Newborough Beach in the fierce wind I noticed this area of smooth sand with rocks and pebbles embedded in it. The prevailing wind was picking up sand and blowing it along the beach, coating the sides of these rocks and creating interesting patterns.
